Unable to access your survey?

We have reached out to backerkit in regards to those who are unable to access their survey. This is the response we got.
""The best way to search for a backer's pledge is with a screenshot of their KS pledge including backer ID #. You can search your dashboard for that ID number.
Apple Pay is new with KS, and a headache for all pledge managers (not just BK), this is our Support's canned reply:
Thank you for reaching out to BackerKit Backer Support! Can you provide your full name and backer ID # or screenshot of your pledge confirmation, so I can locate your survey?
It is most likely under a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address, so any information from your original pledge will help me locate your survey.
You can learn more about hiding your email when signing in with Apple here."
So as instructed we are asking anyone who cannot access their survey to send us a message with the following info;
Full name:
Backer ID:
Screenshot of your pledge confirmation:
Valid email address:
With this info we will be able to locate your pledge and change the email its going to.
Pro tip for the future: DO NOT use sign in with apple on any sites that you may need to respond to.
Shipping and Paint options

You will now find custom paint under extras in the add-on page. Simply add this to your cart and it will put you in a list where we will be able to reach out to you directly to determine the color of paint you want.
Shipping overcharges will be credited before charging cards. If there are any overcharges during your survey you will not pay them! We will comb through the orders before charging your cards so we can be sure everyone has paid the correct shipping amount. Go ahead and finalize your surveys so we can get started going through them all!
Again thank you all so much! We have made good progress so far on pre-production, and should have good news soon on a retail location!

You should be able to fill in your info and get another survey.
We are currently working out the custom paint option, we have like a zillion SKUs due to the number of options we have offered (styles, D6 sets, inked, un-inked, singles in each type) so its a bit of a pickle!
Surveys will remain open until we resolve the issue!

Everyone should have their survey ready now!
We will be closing final orders and changing cards on 7/29. This should give everyone ample time to finalize their order.
There were a few shipping cost errors with KS and Backerkit. This seems to only be affecting a few pledge levels. Unfortunately this problem cannot be solved through backerkit. We have learned from this mistake and will NOT be charging shipping through KS for our next campaign!
For now please complete your survey as is, and with what your comfortable paying on the final shipping cost.
In the mean time we are making a crazy amount of master dice to create molds from while we get final counts for styles! We should be on track to be able to produce all dice in time!

You will be getting an email from us with a link to where you can select your styles and add-ons!
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
